Cable Tray Master is the export brand of LONRACE INDUSTRY CO., LTD We run our own cable tray factory in China and our own export team. That means the people who make the tray and the people who ship it to you are the same company, so there is no trader in the middle and nothing to hide.

This is our own factory, not a stock photo. Steel coil goes in, and finished, crated cable tray comes out. Buyers are welcome to visit and audit the plant, or ask for a live video walk-through before they order.

Real export shipping
How your order leaves the plant.
These are our own export crates, photographed on the factory floor. Cable tray is nested to save space, packed into plywood cases on wooden pallets, wrapped and labelled for the container. The label reads exactly what is inside, down to the size and the net and gross weight. This is the packing we already use for live overseas orders.

From coil to crate
How your cable tray is made.
Every tray follows the same path through our plant, so a buyer knows exactly what they are getting and can watch any step of it in person.
Steel coil in
Cold-rolled and galvanized steel coil is decoiled and fed straight into the line, so the material is under our control from the start.
Roll-form, punch, fold
The strip is roll-formed into the tray profile, punched with the ventilation slots and folded to the section, cut to standard lengths.
Finish and galvanize
Trays are galvanized or coated to the finish the order calls for: hot-dip, pre-galvanized, powder-coated or stainless.
Crate and export
Finished tray is nested, crated on wooden pallets, labelled and shipped by our own export team.

Most cable tray sold online passes through a trading company that buys from a factory and adds a margin. You pay for that margin, and you rarely get to see where the product is actually made.
Because the factory and the export desk here are the same business, the price you get is factory-direct, the specification is produced to your exact requirement, and the plant is open for you to audit. We would rather you come and see the line than take our word for it.
We keep the claims honest. Where a certificate, a load rating or a test report applies to your order, we confirm it per market and per order rather than printing a badge we cannot stand behind.
